Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin and hair at least quarter-inch long for effective removal. Exfoliate gently two days prior to remove dead skin, avoid sun exposure and retinoids beforehand, and inform us of medications or sensitivities to ensure safe treatment.

Yes, often with precautions. We assess your skin first and may perform a patch test. Using gentle wax and post-wax calming care reduces risk. If you have active cold sores, open acne lesions, or severe sensitivity, we may postpone the service.

Avoid touching, makeup, hot showers, saunas, and intense exercise for 24 hours. Use a gentle, alcohol-free soothing gel or aloe vera to calm the area. Exfoliate lightly after 5-7 days to prevent ingrown hairs and keep the area clean and moisturized.

Yes. We may refuse service if you have sunburn, open wounds, active cold sores, certain skin infections, recent chemical peels, or are using strong topical prescriptions. We'll explain risks and recommend alternatives or reschedule once it's safe to wax.
