Yes — we assess skin sensitivity during consultation and may perform a patch test. We offer hypoallergenic wax and calming serums to reduce irritation. If you have recent retinoid use or skin conditions, inform your stylist before service.

Avoid heavy exfoliation or retinoids for several days and skip electrolysis or threading beforehand. Allow hair to be at least 1/8 inch long for effective removal. Arrive with a clean, makeup-free brow area for precise shaping.

Apply a cool compress and fragrance-free soothing gel for the first 24 to 48 hours. Avoid sun exposure, hot showers, saunas, and makeup on the brow area during this time. Gently exfoliate after a week to reduce ingrown hairs.
